Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for a Site Merchandising Manager to join our E-Commerce team.
What You’ll Do
- Own site merchandising execution across homepage, category, and product pages—keeping promotional placements accurate, content fresh, and the customer experience consistently high-performing.
- Lead on-site execution for new product launches end-to-end: coordinating page creation, asset placement, promotional messaging, and launch-day readiness in partnership with the New Product Launch Manager, Brand, and Design teams.
- Manage the e-commerce intake queue—triaging ad hoc requests, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting prioritization of larger site enhancements, and maintaining clear visibility into timelines and status.
- Create, test, deploy, and monitor promo codes across campaigns, ensuring correct implementation at checkout and across all customer touchpoints, and troubleshooting issues in partnership with Engineering.
- Lead QA and UAT for all site updates, launches, and feature releases—developing structured testing checklists, documenting bugs, and validating functionality across desktop, mobile, and key customer flows.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on the rollout of new site features and functionality, representing marketing execution needs, supporting post-launch validation, and contributing to onsite discoverability and SEO/AEO improvements.
This Role Could Be A Good Fit For You If
- You have 3–5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, growth operations, or site management, with a strong preference for DTC or direct-to-patient environments.
- You have hands-on experience managing site updates within a CMS or e-commerce platform and have owned QA or UAT processes for customer-facing launches.
- You are exceptionally organized—able to manage multiple concurrent launches, track moving pieces across teams, and keep stakeholders aligned without being asked twice.
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, can translate execution needs into clear requirements, and know when to escalate versus solve independently.
- You have an analytical mindset and are comfortable interpreting e-commerce performance metrics—conversion rate, AOV, engagement, merchandising performance—and using that data to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
