About the role
The Blueprint Math Fellows program seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead program operations in Yuma, AZ. The Site Manager will support Math Fellows who deliver small-group math tutoring, providing coaching, training, supervision, and evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with stakeholders and adhere to grant requirements
- Train and coach Math Fellows on effective communication with families
- Facilitate integration of Fellows with school staff
- Supervise Fellows and provide weekly observations and coaching
- Plan and address coverage support for absent Fellows
- Support organizational communications and share national updates
- Recruit and onboard new Fellows, participate in meetings with Talent Acquisition Manager, and partner with community groups
- Provide instructional support and track assessment and survey data
- Participate in tiered coaching sessions and co-observations
- Contribute to professional learning and growth
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
- Three or more years of math classroom teaching experience or relevant experience
- Experience as an instructional coach or educational leadership role
- Familiarity with schools and districts in the Washington, DC area (optional)
