Site Manager (Math Instructional Coach)

About the role

The Blueprint Math Fellows program seeks an experienced Site Manager to lead program operations in Yuma, AZ. The Site Manager will support Math Fellows who deliver small-group math tutoring, providing coaching, training, supervision, and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with stakeholders and adhere to grant requirements
• Train and coach Math Fellows on effective communication with families
• Facilitate integration of Fellows with school staff
• Supervise Fellows and provide weekly observations and coaching
• Plan and address coverage support for absent Fellows
• Support organizational communications and share national updates
• Recruit and onboard new Fellows, participate in meetings with Talent Acquisition Manager, and partner with community groups
• Provide instructional support and track assessment and survey data
• Participate in tiered coaching sessions and co-observations
• Contribute to professional learning and growth

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred)
• Three or more years of math classroom teaching experience or relevant experience
• Experience as an instructional coach or educational leadership role
• Familiarity with schools and districts in the Washington, DC area (optional)
