Job Overview

Clean Team Inc, a consolidator of leading specialty cleaning services and contractor services providers across Ohio and the mid-Atlantic region, is recruiting for a Site Manager.

Responsibilities

• Ensure world-class customer service while building continuity within teams at each location.
• Oversee daily operations performed to ensure delivery of contracted services.
• Provide training, performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Preserve all equipment and order supplies to ensure teams have the resources to complete contract specifications.
• Maintain effective relationships and function as primary contact with clients to meet scope of work guidelines.
• Complete regular on-site inspections.
• Quickly coordinate site specific requests and address problems or complaints promptly.
• Ensure daily operations are within budget for each assigned contract.
• Communicate staffing needs with direct report and recruiters.
• Sustain Staff Turnover Within Company Expectations.
• Ensure quality and safety standards by ensuring staff are trained on all company policies, standards, and procedures.
• Aid in interviewing, recruiting, and training staff.
• Attend regular meetings to discuss business updates, issues, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a team lead or similar managerial role.
• Exceptional Communication And Interpersonal Abilities.
• Keen sense of service and passion for the Company transformation; thrives on change, pace, action, and accountability.

• Access to reliable transportation.
• Possess a clean driving record.
• Pass a background check based on client contract guidelines.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• High Ethical Standards While Encompassing Strong Leadership Skills.
• Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance for some locations.
