About the role

Responsibilities
- Oversee production processes and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage staff and resources to meet production targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or site management.
- Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
