Site Manager – Automated Parking Systems (multi-Site) (563)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee multiple project sites in parallel within the same geographic area
• Lead and supervise subcontractors, installation teams, and site personnel
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and company standards
• Cook up daily activities, schedules, and work plans across multiple sites
• Maintain site documentation, including daily reports and progress tracking
• Monitor project progress across sites, identify risks, and implement corrective actions
• Serve as the main on-site point of contact with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Oversee installation of automated parking systems (electro-mechanical equipment)
• Ensure quality control and adherence to engineering drawings and specifications
• Conduct site meetings and provide regular updates to the Project Manager
• Drive team performance and maintain high motivation and accountability across all sites

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Site Manager / Superintendent in construction or installation projects
• Experience managing multiple sites or projects simultaneously (highly preferred)
• Strong knowledge of site operations and safety regulations
• Technical understanding of electro-mechanical systems (automation systems – advantage)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills (client-facing experience required)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience with reporting tools and site documentation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in automated systems, robotics, or industrial installations
• Background in mechanical / electrical engineering or similar field
• Experience working with international teams
