Lead day to day production operations
Manage all operational KPIs tied to efficiency, quality, safety, productivity, headcount and more
Manage site level P&L and cost reduction initiatives
Lead all Lean/CI projects - running with corporate directives but also finding new solutions
Maintain plant certifications for ISO9001 and IATF16949
Align plant strategy with corporate and global strategy

Career Profile

7+ years of manufacturing/plant leadership experience
Full P&L responsibility
Ability to lead cross functional teams
Career focused on Lean/CI/Process improvement
Experience with New Product Development and Introduction
Automotive background a plus
MBA/Advanced degrees a plus

Job Offer

Salary range of $150,000 to $175,000 depending on experience and interviews
15% bonus target 3-4 weeks PTORetirement plan/match
