Position Summary
Spectrum High School is seeking a responsible and dependable Site Manager to oversee building and gym rentals within the Activities Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring rental events run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and oversee all facility and gym rentals during assigned shifts.
- Cook up and tear down rental setups according to event requirements.
- Keep an eye on the building and make sure all policies and safety procedures are followed.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for rental clients, handling their questions or issues.
- Communicate with the Activities Center Manager about scheduling, building needs, and event reports.
- Secure the building before and after rentals (unlocking/locking doors, turning lights off, ensuring cleanliness, etc.).
- Report any maintenance, safety, or security concerns promptly.
- Maintain a professional and positive image as a representative of Spectrum High School.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
- The ability to work independently and solve problems on the spot is important.
- Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail are essential.
- Experience in facility management, customer service, or event supervision is preferred.
- The candidate must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on-call hours as needed.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Part-time; primarily evenings and weekends; hours vary based on rental schedule.
- Compensation: $20 per hour
