About the Role
This position is responsible for managing and overseeing operations on a daily basis to ensure work is completed to the right quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Monitors progress and ensures work complies with legal requirements
- Establishes deadlines to have work completed
- Oversees daily operations and delivery of materials
- Carries out and makes safety checks and inspections
- Approves project plans
- Adheres to departmental budget
- Resolves any problems that could hold up work
Requirements
- High school diploma required; associate’s degree or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in a project-based work site
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM) preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to plan work effectively
