About the role

The Site Lead position at Turnberry Solutions, Inc. is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a project team, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. This individual will also be responsible for managing relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project teams to ensure timely completion of projects
• Manage client relationships and internal stakeholder communications
• Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or a related field
• Experience leading cross-functional teams
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in project management tools and software
