Responsibilities
- Coordinate all onsite work with Swisslog Healthcare and third-party representatives.
- Manage and oversee the electromechanical installation and testing of Pharmacy Automation systems at customer sites.
- Represent Swisslog Healthcare to customers, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
- Work with pharmacy and hospital staff, as well as contractors.
- Handle hands-on work with state-of-the-art automation systems.
Requirements
- Achieve 80-100% travel to industry leading hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the United States and Canada.
- Associate degree (Technical, Vocational or Military Training) or 5+ years field service experience on related electro-mechanical products.
- Basic computer proficiency: general office application skills, and basic troubleshooting of PCs and printers.
- Self-starter and independent worker, capable of managing time effectively.
- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience working with systems that involve high-voltage electrical and transformers.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
