Site Installation Manager - Pharmacy Automation

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all onsite work with Swisslog Healthcare and third-party representatives.
• Manage and oversee the electromechanical installation and testing of Pharmacy Automation systems at customer sites.
• Represent Swisslog Healthcare to customers, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
• Work with pharmacy and hospital staff, as well as contractors.
• Handle hands-on work with state-of-the-art automation systems.

Requirements

• Achieve 80-100% travel to industry leading hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the United States and Canada.
• Associate degree (Technical, Vocational or Military Training) or 5+ years field service experience on related electro-mechanical products.
• Basic computer proficiency: general office application skills, and basic troubleshooting of PCs and printers.
• Self-starter and independent worker, capable of managing time effectively.
• Passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
• Experience working with systems that involve high-voltage electrical and transformers.

• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
