About the role
The Site Installation Manager will oversee the installation of Symbotic automation systems on customer sites. This position involves managing and leading teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure systems are installed on schedule and within budget. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead site-specific Requests for Information (RFIs)
- Maintain and update Golden Prerequisites (GPR) and Site Bulletins
- Support Field Change Requests (FCRs) validation
- Ensure contractors and vendors deliver quality work
- Monitor and verify missing material requests
- Support demobilization of installation resources and materials upon mechanical and electrical installation completion
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline or related field
- Minimum 7 years trade experience in integration, construction management, or automation installation
- Minimum 3 years experience supervising or managing teams, contractors
- Experience with industrial/robotic automation projects and ASRS projects
- Good negotiation and relationship skills
- Experience with using metrics and data analysis to drive process improvements
- Ability to provide critical technical thinking and trigger discussions around requirements, design, and process challenges
- Ability to travel up to 80%
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including heights and restricted areas

Pay
$125,000.00 - $171,600.00 base range, with potential for additional bonuses and incentives.
Schedule
Hybrid, travel-based position with up to 80% travel required annually.
