About the role
The Manager, Site Installation for Logistic Systems oversees the on-site installation, commissioning, and handover of automated logistics solutions, including conveyors, sortation systems, AS/RS, and warehouse automation. This role is accountable for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in full compliance with technical and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site installation activities for logistics systems projects
- Cookordinate with project managers, engineering teams, subcontractors, and clients
- Plan and monitor installation schedules, resources, and progress
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations
- Supervise subcontractors and installation crews, ensuring quality workmanship
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or operational issues
- Manage site logistics including material delivery, storage, and handling
- Track project milestones, budgets, and report progress to stakeholders
- Oversee system testing, commissioning, and final acceptance
- Ensure proper documentation, including installation reports and handover documents
- Support continuous improvement and lessons learned processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Required: 5–10+ years of experience in industrial installation, preferably in logistics or automation systems
- Proven experience managing on-site teams and subcontractors
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical installation processes
- Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., conveyors, robotics, AS/RS)
- Knowledge of commissioning and system integration processes
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations
- Experience with large-scale automation projects
- Must be able to obtain customer site security access

Compensation
Compensation range: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 annually
