About the role

This role is categorized as onsite, meaning the successful candidate is expected to report to the Parma Stamping Plant on a full‑time basis. Relocation benefits are available for candidates who qualify under company policy. Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HR/LR Professionals at the Parma Stamping Plant – including managing workload, balancing priorities, and ensuring deliverables are on time and with quality in accordance with applicable laws, collective agreements, and workplace policies.
• Champion projects that support key HR/LR objectives in function and country.
• Partner with People Leaders in driving GM culture, promoting positive employee experiences, and improving employee engagement/inclusion.
• Strategic administration of the collective agreements while promoting collaborative problem‑solving.
• Provide development to the HR/LR Team.
• Participate in HRM and Talent Forum discussions within HR Function.
• Ensure that local policies, procedures, legislations and regulations are administered appropriately in accordance with country and functional direction.
