Site HR Business Partner (Arizona)

This role will serve as a strategic people partner to business leaders, helping connect talent strategy with operating priorities in the healthcare space. You will work across leadership teams and HR functions to support workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives. The position offers the opportunity to influence team performance, leadership capability, and scalable people practices within a healthcare environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner on the site leadership team
• Own and implement the site’s people strategy based on business goals
• Collaborate with leaders on workforce and talent planning initiatives
• Coach leaders through performance and organizational change processes
• Manage employee relations issues and conduct workplace investigations
• Utilize workforce insights to enhance organizational performance
• Build trusted relationships with leaders across the site

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, especially as an HR Business Partner for operational settings
• Demonstrated success collaborating with business leaders to tackle organizational challenges
• Strong background in employee relations, including handling investigations and performance management
• Proficient in using workforce data to inform and influence decision-making
• Ability to coach and influence leaders at all organizational levels
• Experience in dynamic environments such as manufacturing and healthcare operations
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience

Pay

$100,000 – $120,000 annually
