Site Engineer (Interior & Fit-out)

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Interior) to oversee site operations, material execution, and high-end finishing works for our residential and corporate interior projects. The candidate must bridge the gap between architectural/interior designs and on-site implementation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily interior execution, fit-out works, false ceiling, cabinetry, tiling, painting, and MEP integration according to approved drawings.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, sub-contractors, carpenters, and vendors for seamless project execution.
• Inspect incoming raw materials, manage inventory, and ensure zero-defect finishing standards on-site.
• Measure site dimensions accurately, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and monitor daily material usage to minimize waste.
• Maintain daily work logs, labor updates, and site progress reports for management submission.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in construction management, site engineering, or related roles.
• Proficiency in site coordination, construction supervision, onsite management, and project engineering.
