About the Role

At Orbis Education, our Site Directors are responsible for motivating students and staff to achieve their career goals. They develop employees through coaching and mentoring while cultivating and maintaining relationships with university and community partners.

Responsibilities

  • Manage student recruitment and retention, ensuring achievement or over-achievement of budgeted student starts and compliance with all regulations and Orbis Education processes.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies in coordination with marketing and manage student retention through advisement and oversight.
  • Provide accurate daily performance reports related to recruitment effectiveness and future start populations.
  • Collaborate with university partners to receive admission reports, decisions, and attrition information, directing follow-up assistance for students as needed.
  • Coach, mentor, and train remote admissions advisors, establishing goals and conducting performance reviews monthly, quarterly, and annually.
  • Direct follow-up activities to convert prospects to applicants while ensuring realistic expectations for prospective students.
  • Monitor, verify, and maintain accurate and timely data entry within the CRM system.
  • Maintain relationships with key university contacts to ensure open communication about student, partner, and company needs.
  • Manage the operational site budget, communicating foreseen variances promptly.
  • Oversee operational aspects of the site, including student services, computer labs, ordering, schedules, and hours in partnership with nursing leadership.
  • Maintain relationships with local vendors and manage rental agreements for off-campus events.

  • Self-directed with the ability to adapt to daily changing priorities.
  • Hands-on approach to managing a small regional office and remote admissions teams.
  • Knowledge of human resources, finance, and operational details.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Three or more years of management experience, preferably in a post-secondary school or healthcare environment.
  • Experience working in a goal-oriented or student enrollment operation.
  • Experience managing remote teams or multiple teams within sales, education, or healthcare.
  • May be required to travel up to 50% of the time based on business needs.
