About the role
As a Site Director at Microwave Products Group, you will be accountable for overall site performance, ensuring full execution of strategic plans and attainment of financial, operational, engineering, quality, and customer satisfaction goals. This position provides both direct and indirect leadership over a multidisciplinary team, building organizational capability aligned with the company’s long-term direction. This highly visible leadership role operates in a fast‑paced, engineer‑to‑order and build‑to‑order B2B environment within the technology/defense sector.
