Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months leading a Licensed Child Care program is required.
- Clear fingerprinting background results are required.
- Reliable, independent transportation is required.
- Leadership experience required.
- College degree preferred, or college classes in relative field required.
- Currently live in the Austin metroplex.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Implement, develop, and regulate the iKids program at one school site.
- Administrate and enforce all company policies, procedures, and maintain student records.
- Maintain child safety in a fun, well-managed environment.
- Review curriculum, organize materials, and prepare supplies for daily activities.
- Maintain a positive relationship with staff, families, and the community.
- Update staff and delegate responsibilities.
- Role-model and inspire emerging educators and experienced instructors.
- Work with Texas Licensing personnel.
