Site Development Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to oversee field operations related to landscape construction, grading, and site preparation. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing various aspects of site development, ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards and within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Cook up and supervise all site development activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Environmental Science, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in site development, landscaping, or construction supervision
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage systems, and site preparation techniques
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and plans
• Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple job sites
