Responsibilities
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
- Oversee general ledger reporting, account reconciliations, and financial statement reviews.
- Manage inventory valuation, cost accounting, and revenue/cost reporting.
- Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure accurate costing and financial reporting.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and monthly operational reviews.
- Strengthen internal controls, improve processes, and support audits.
- Work closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights and operational support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5+ years of accounting experience, including 3+ years in manufacturing.
- Experience in a smaller manufacturing environment (approximately $50M in annual revenue or less).
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, inventory accounting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
- ERP experience with Sage, NetSuite, GSS, or similar systems.
- Hands-on, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working directly with operations.
