Site Coordinator - School Age Child Care - West End/Tuckahoe
We’re looking for a positive role model to help plan programming, assist with center oversight, and supervise children in our after-school child care programs in the West End/Tuckahoe area of Richmond.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead on-site staff
- Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for school-age children
- Build strong relationships with children and families and serve as a key point of communication
- Ensure compliance with Virginia DOE licensing requirements and YMCA quality standards
- Manage site safety, equipment, and facilities
- Attend required child care trainings
Requirements
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading groups of youth
- Positive, enthusiastic leadership style
- Virginia DOE licensing qualifications (college-level coursework in a related field or CDA required)
- Must be at least 21 years old

$17 - $18 per hour

1:30 pm – 6:00 pm
