Requirements
- Minimum of 20 years of age
- B.S or B.A with 9 months experience with school age children, or High School diploma or equivalent plus 1 year working with school age
- CPR/AED and first aid certifications required
- Evidence of physical examination within last 12 months
- Negative Mantoux TB test and immunity of measles, mumps, and rubella
- Ability to lift/move heavy equipment and clean when necessary
- Sometimes works early mornings, late nights, and weekends
- Strong oral communication skills required for occasional public speaking responsibilities
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, lift up to 75 lbs on occasion and 40 lbs frequently (children) and move intermittently during work hours
- Thoroughly understands Y-USA'S three focus areas: Youth Development, Healthy Living, and Social Responsibility
- Proven ability to identify and meet the needs of the health seeker
