Site Coordinator

HotFoot Recruiters is seeking a Site Coordinator to support warehouse, material delivery, and field coordination activities at the TSMC semiconductor site in North Phoenix, AZ.

About the role

This position is ideal for someone with prior TSMC, cleanroom, semiconductor, construction, warehouse, or field coordination experience. The role involves spending most of the day on-site, monitoring deliveries and work activities, and communicating updates to the Engineering Manager.

Responsibilities

• Report to the TSMC site daily and support coordination between the Engineering Manager, subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Monitor loading dock activities, including incoming and outgoing materials, equipment, and deliveries.
• Verify that delivered materials and shipment information match the required documentation and project needs.
• Count and verify materials/items as needed.
• Observe loading and unloading activities and help ensure materials are handled and delivered to the correct locations.
• Walk active project areas to monitor ongoing work and provide updates to management.
• Coordinate communication between subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and project leadership.
• Track field issues, deliveries, work status, and action items and communicate updates to the Engineering Manager.
• Assist with basic site documentation, reporting, and follow-up.
• Follow all TSMC cleanroom, PPE, badging, safety, and site-access requirements.
• Support additional site coordination duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior TSMC cleanroom or semiconductor site experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in site coordination, construction, warehouse/logistics, material coordination, field support, or a related role preferred.
• Comfortable working on an active semiconductor construction site and walking throughout project areas.
• Able to verify materials, quantities, deliveries, and basic shipment information accurately.
• Strong reliability, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Able to communicate effectively with supervisors, vendors, subcontractors, and field personnel.
• Mandarin-English bilingual ability is preferred but not required.
• Must be comfortable with an early 4:00 AM start time.
• Must be able to meet TSMC site-access and cleanroom requirements.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Pay

$28.00–$33.00/hr, depending on experience.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 4:00 AM–2:00 PM.
