Site Coordinator
About the role
As a Site Coordinator, you will provide support to the Site Manager and team members of regional offices. You will also manage and proactively build relationships across the wind industry.
Responsibilities
- Oversee a broad range of activities including checking in and out parts and tooling, ensuring accurate inventories, calendaring, supporting travel, managing high-priority workflows and approvals, processing expense reporting, organizing meeting notes and other due diligence information and assigned duties.
- Provide logistics support for tooling and spare parts movements.
- Aid technicians with all service orders, timesheets, and expenses.
- Compile weekly functional area reporting data, and manage weekly, monthly, and quarterly team meetings.
- Utilize and leverage technology to perform responsibilities, including a commitment to maintaining electronic records and other digital mediums.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1+ years’ experience on-site at a wind farm.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, and follow instructions, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, given proper instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving at least one concrete variable in standardized situations.
- Must be able to pass a physical exam and drug/alcohol screening.
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree is a bonus, but not required.

- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using technology for task management and record-keeping.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with both internal and external teams.
