Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day leadership for multiple clinical locations.
- Supervise front office and clinical support.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor staffing levels and assist with scheduling and coverage.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction.
- Monitor clinic performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Assist with training of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with CHCS policies, HRSA requirements, OSHA, HIPAA, and Joint Commission standards.
- Partner with providers and department leaders to improve workflow efficiency.
- Address employee performance concerns through coaching and documentation when necessary.
- Assist with recruitment, interviewing, and employee retention efforts.
- Promote teamwork and consistent communication across assigned sites.
- Support organizational initiatives and continuous quality improvement projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of healthcare supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and employee coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation for frequent travel between assigned locations.
