Site Coordinator, Alpha - $75,000/year USD

Crossover · Austin, TX · 1 wk ago
$37/hrFull-time

LOCATION NOTE: This is an in-person role based at one of our campus locations. Many schools isolate operations within offices, meetings, and approval hierarchies. Alpha takes a different approach. This role is front and center throughout the day: welcoming families, resolving device problems, managing smooth arrivals, reassuring concerned parents, liaising with vendors, and ensuring the facility feels secure, polished, and distinctly Alpha. This position suits someone who can be approachable without being lenient, systematic without relying solely on procedures, and self-assured without distancing themselves from hands-on work. You will manage nearly every non-instructional aspect of campus life: family communication, attendance processes, campus security, facility management, meal coordination, technology devices, events, and the minor issues that escalate quickly without prompt intervention. You will not be surrounded by a large on-site operations staff. You will have documented procedures, remote assistance, and established standards, but you must learn quickly, leverage available resources, and exercise sound judgment in real time. The payoff over time is becoming the reliable adult families depend on, guides trust, and students turn to when something requires resolution. If you seek a prominent school operations position where service orientation, judgment, communication, and accountability are exercised daily, submit your application now.
