Site Attendant - Swing Shift

Responsibilities

• Aid in client intakes and discharges by preparing bed areas and ensuring cleanliness.
• Enforce site rules and policies during admission and discharge.
• Conduct routine wellness checks and facility walk-throughs to monitor client safety and welfare.
• Intervene using de-escalation and conflict resolution techniques as necessary.
• Pick up client medications from pharmacies and assist with move-outs, including packing belongings and final room sanitation.
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled searches of client belongings to ensure compliance with site rules.
• Prepare and serve balanced meals to clients in accordance with food safety standards.
• Maintain a sanitary environment using universal precautions, including proper PPE usage and the safe handling/disposal of bodily fluids.
• Drive clients to and from scheduled appointments and program activities, ensuring timely and safe transport in compliance with organizational protocols.
• Inspect company vehicles before each use and report maintenance or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.
• Clean and sanitize high-touch areas in vehicles (steering wheel, seatbelts, door handles, gear shift, dashboard) before and after each use.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to send and receive emails and summarize data in spreadsheets.
• Valid CA Driver’s License, 5 years of clean DMV record, and eligibility for company vehicle insurance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

The starting pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour. This position is also eligible for $1.00 swing shift differential and $2.00 graveyard shift differential.

Schedule

This position operates Sunday - Thursday, 3:00PM to 11:30PM.
