Site Assessment Specialist

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct on-site inspections of properties to assess physical conditions, infrastructure, and potential hazards.
  • Gather relevant data including site plans, maps, and property records.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate site assessment reports including sketches with dimensions and visual findings.
  • Cookordinate with internal teams, clients, engineers, and architects to gather information and ensure accurate assessments.
  • Communicate assessment results to clients, stakeholders, and project teams in a clear and concise manner.
  • Arrange your own North American travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itinerary planning.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate travel policies and guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate receipts, invoices, and supporting documentation for expenses incurred.
  • Enter expense data into the appropriate accounting and expense management systems.

Requirements

  • Minimum Qualifications: Associate degree in (architecture, engineering, construction) or equivalent experience in a related trade or industry.
  • 2–5 years of previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing (MEP) engineering support, trade, or design strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including legible handwriting.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to deliver outstanding value and customer service to clients, architects, and owners with excellent business acumen.
  • AutoCAD and/or REVIT familiarity strongly preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction standards and building codes.

Physical Requirements

  • Depending on the type of job, you will be required to engage in physical activities with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Lifting and moving material up to 75 pounds occasionally.
  • Bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head.
  • Standing and walking during shift lasting up to 10 hours a day.
