Site Acquisition Specialist
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to parse the posting.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove cookie/navigation/legal etc. Not present.
We need to preserve substantive info.
Let's extract sections:
Overview: "Join us as we Rise to the Challenge At KCI, we’re building an enduring community that provides unparalleled value to our employee-owners. We make our mark designing and delivering our world-class solutions, so we invest deeply in supporting and developing our team. We reward integrity and commitment, and when we do well, you do well. Our employees have the freedom to innovate, unlimited growth, a voice that matters, a lifestyle that works, and skin in the game. Achievements are shared and celebrated. As a team, we are motivated to better ourselves, each other, and the world around us."
That's about the company, could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" heading is for role description. But we have overview about company. Could fit under "About the role" maybe. But we also have "The Company" paragraph describing KCI. That could be part of "About the role" or maybe separate "About the company". Since only allowed headings are given, we can put company overview under "About the role". Or we could skip if not specific to role. But we need to include substantive info; we can put under "About the role" a paragraph describing the role and company.
Next: "KCI Benefits Information We offer a competitive compensation package, family friendly benefits, a collaborative working environment, and the training, mentoring and resources you need to advance in your career." That's benefits. So we need Benefits section.
Also "We understand that you have choices, and we know that together we will make a great team!" maybe part of benefits or overview.
Then "Duties, Responsibilities & Other" heading in source. Then list of duties.
We need to split into sections: Responsibilities (duties), Requirements (maybe position requirements), Qualifications (education/skills), Skills (maybe separate), Benefits, Pay, Schedule (if present). Pay not mentioned. Schedule not mentioned. So we should not include Pay or Schedule sections because no specific content.
We need to avoid headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits.
We need to decide what goes where.
Let's extract duties/responsibilities bullet points from the text under "Duties, Responsibilities & Other". It includes paragraphs with sentences; we can turn each sentence into list items? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. The posting has sentences describing duties; we can treat each as list item.
Similarly for Requirements: "Position Requirements" bullet list.
Qualifications: "Education and/or Skills Required:" list.
Skills: maybe separate but we could combine with Qualifications? But we have separate headings allowed: Skills. Could extract skills from qualifications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Proficiency in GIS software, Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Project management and leadership skills, Good communication and technical writing skills, Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
We could put those under Skills.
Requirements could be the "Position Requirements" list (strong experience with wireless carrier..., extensive experience with zoning..., demonstrated experience preparing..., etc.)
Qualifications could be education and/or skills required: Minimum of 4 years experience, Bachelor's degree..., etc.
Benefits: we have benefits paragraph.
We also have "KCI Benefits Information" line.
We also have "Specialized Experience Required" which seems similar to Position Requirements; maybe we can merge.
We need to avoid duplication.
Let's structure:

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Let's define Skills as: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, ArcGIS, GIS software, public speaking, presentation, interpersonal, project management, leadership, communication, technical writing, detail-oriented, organizational, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking.
But we already have many in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, we could put only education/experience in Qualifications, and skills in Skills.
Thus:
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental planning, transportation planning, urban planning or related discipline.
- Valid Driver’s License (maybe under Requirements? Actually it's under Certificates, Licenses, And/or Registrations Required). Could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Let's put under Requirements? But we already have Requirements. Could add a separate section for Certifications? Not allowed headings. Could fold into Requirements or Qualifications. Let's add to Requirements: Valid Driver’s License.
Also "Ability to maintain required certifications." and "AICP" preferred.
We could add to Requirements: Valid Driver’s License; Ability to maintain required certifications; AICP preferred.
But we need to avoid duplication.
Let's adjust.
Requirements list will include those.
Now Skills list: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Proficiency in GIS software (ArcGIS preferred), Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal skills, Project management and leadership skills, Good communication and technical writing skills, Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Now Benefits section: we have benefits paragraph.
We also have "KCI Benefits Information We offer a competitive compensation package, family friendly benefits, a collaborative working environment, and the training, mentoring and resources you need to advance in your career."
We can put that as - Competitive compensation package
- Family friendly benefits
- Collaborative working environment
