Responsibilities
- Lead site identification and acquisition for Vale’s expansion pipeline in assigned markets
- Develop and cultivate relationships with landlords, brokers, and real estate developers
- Negotiate lease terms and letter of intent (LOI) agreements in collaboration with legal counsel
- Manage the site approval and due diligence process from LOI through lease execution
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospective sites and communicate progress to leadership
- Partner with Real Estate Analyst on financial modeling and site evaluation
- Collaborate with Construction and Development on site feasibility and handoff
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- 4+ years of commercial real estate or site acquisition experience
- Proven track record of negotiating and closing retail or restaurant leases
- Strong network of broker, landlord, and developer relationships in target markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and deal management skills
- Licensed real estate salesperson or broker a plus
