Key Responsibilities
- Administer the jobsite badging and credentialing process for all employees, trade partners, vendors, and visitors.
- Maintain the site access database and ensure all required documentation (training, safety orientation, ID verification, etc.) is complete before issuing badges.
- Cookordinate with trade partners to schedule onboarding and badging for new workers.
- Issue, track, and deactivate badges as workers enter or leave the project.
- Maintain accurate daily site headcount and access logs.
- Assist with orientation and communicate site access procedures and requirements.
- Support audits by maintaining organized records of badging approvals and documentation.
- Identify and estimate the type and quantity of materials needed to complete a job.
Essential Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least 3 months of commercial/construction/general labor experience is required.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English sufficient to perform job functions is necessary.
Physical Requirements
- Stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Use arms and hands to reach for, handle or manipulate objects.
- Lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 pounds; occasionally lift items weighing more than 50 pounds with assistance.
- Climb up and down ladders, scaffolds and other objects.
- S stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
- See well (naturally or with correction).
- Eye-hand coordination.
- Good physical fitness.
- Good sense of balance.
- Work at great heights.
- Environment:
- Perform physically demanding work including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working in tight or elevated spaces.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor conditions, including exposure to extreme weather such as heat, cold, wind, or rain, depending on project phase.
- Operate in a secure, access-controlled environment with strict badging and entry requirements.
- Exposure to active construction areas, noise, and energized systems, requiring strict adherence to safety protocols (including LOTO).
- Work around sensitive equipment requiring attention to cleanliness and site protocols.
- Use required PPE at all times, including hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, high-visibility vest, and hearing protection.
- Must remain alert to safety and security risks and follow all site-specific and client requirements.
