About the role

We are looking for Senior Storage Systems Engineers (HDS) to join projects for prestigious clients in the Telco, Banking, Insurance, Public Administration, and Industrial sectors. Selected candidates will work in structured environments, collaborating in teams on complex and challenging projects. Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure in the Storage area remotely as part of a Data Management service team.
• Ensure the correct management of storage systems, SAN, including both hardware and software components, in line with service levels and defined best practices.
• Guarantee data accessibility and security in accordance with client policies as outlined in the Security Management process.
• Maintain oversight during the transition to production and ongoing operations of applications, providing support for change management, delivery, and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of multivendor storage systems (HDS, NetApp, Pure Storage), with a preference for HDS VSP family, Gxxx, and Global Active Device (GAD).
• Good knowledge of SAN switches (Brocade).
• Experience with Unix operating systems (Solaris/AIX, Linux).
• Understanding of cloud environments.
• Familiarity with Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity infrastructure topics.
• Basic knowledge of Oracle DB and Microsoft SQL.
• Scripting skills for automation.
• Networking knowledge (optional).

Pay

Annual gross salary ranging from €40,000 to €60,000, based on skills and experience.
