Storage Systems

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in the back-of-house refrigeration sector, specializing in a comprehensive range of equipment including 1, 2, and 3-door uprights, single to multi-door display units, wine cabinets, custom-coated doors, swing and sliding coolers, undercounter units, and prep tables, as well as ice machines producing cube, nugget, and flake ice from undercounter to high-output capacities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial refrigeration equipment across the product range
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in uprights, display cases, coolers, and ice machines
• Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
• Coordinate with clients to schedule service calls and minimize operational downtime
• Maintain accurate service records and parts inventory
• Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and support staff

Requirements

• Proven experience in commercial refrigeration service and repair
• EPA Section 608 certification (Universal or Type II)
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment (up to 100 lbs)
• Availability for on-call rotation and emergency service calls

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with commercial refrigeration systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of refrigeration cycles, electrical systems, and control boards
• Experience with both reach-in and walk-in coolers/freezers
• Familiarity with ice machine operation and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
