About the role
The SIS Autonomous Maintenance Specialist is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of production systems at FCA Group facilities.Responsibilities
- Develop and implement autonomous maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Manage preventive maintenance schedules and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.
- Train and mentor team members in maintenance best practices and new technologies.
- Perform root cause analysis on equipment failures and develop corrective actions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of direct maintenance and managerial experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing for maintenance.
- Ability to manage preventive scheduled maintenance.
- Ability to travel and work weekends/holidays as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field or 5 years of manufacturing experience with a high school diploma.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
