Requirements

• Professional experience as a Medical and/or Legal Interpreter is preferred.
• Experience handling Tier 1 calls (Customer Service and Social Services).
• Availability to take prescheduled calls, which will be the main source of volume.
• Strong command of both Sinhala/Sinhalese and English.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Consistent scheduled minutes.
• Flexible, remote work from anywhere in the world.
