Job Summary

Certified Languages International (CLI) seeks telephonic interpreters to support their high-volume client base. Positions are freelance, work-from-home, and available 24/7.

About the Role

Interpreting services are primarily for medical purposes but also cover insurance, financial, utility, customer service, and state court sectors. Work is conducted over the phone using CLI's online portal or landline.

Responsibilities

• Provide interpreting services for LEP speakers in various industries.
• Interpret over the phone, utilizing CLI's online portal or landline.
• Work flexible hours to accommodate 24/7 client needs.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and reside in the U.S.

Requirements

• Proficiency in a rare dialect or one not listed on CLI's job board.
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S. and residency within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Interpreting experience is preferred but not required.

Benefits

• Paid per minute, with payment issued twice monthly via direct deposit.

Pay

Payment is based on the number of minutes spent interpreting.
