About the role

The Simulation Training Instructor (STI) at Camp Edwards, MA is responsible for delivering high-quality simulation training programs to enhance the readiness and effectiveness of military personnel.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct simulation training exercises that meet mission objectives and enhance operational readiness.
• Evaluate participant performance and provide constructive feedback to improve training outcomes.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as military science, education, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in military training or simulation-based training environments.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead teams effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel to training sites.
