About the role
We are seeking a Master Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Siloam Springs, AR. This position is Monday through Friday, offers a competitive salary of $120,000+, and includes comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair various automotive issues
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles
- Train and mentor new technicians
- Work closely with service advisors to sell repair services
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
- A+ certification preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to travel to additional locations as needed
Skills
- Proficient in automotive diagnostics tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
