Signature Collection Maintenance Technician Level II - Year Round

About the role

Deer Valley Resort is nestled in the Wasatch Mountains of Utah, in the historic mining town of Park City which has evolved into an exciting and diverse mountain ski town. Responsibilities

• Perform plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, and various texturing work
• Perform grounds maintenance, snow removal, and ground care in winter; landscaping tasks in summer
• Troubleshoot, service, and repair pumps, condensers, motors, lighting, and three‑phase electrical panels and circuits
• Paint interiors and exteriors of buildings
• Remove/install faucets, seals, drain seals, toilets, and auto flushers
• Troubleshoot and repair drainage problems, water leaks, and lack of water
• Woodworking on cabinetry, counters, walls, stairs, and doors
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Mid‑level maintenance skills; able to perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, woodwork, drywall, and various texturing
• CPO certified in maintaining balanced pools and hot tub chemicals
• Able to work on ladders and scaffolding, use power tools and equipment, and operate company vehicles in various weather conditions
• Able to work with various chemicals, including pool chemicals, concrete sealers, and painting products
• Familiarity with OSHA PPE protocols preferred
• Able to perform heavy lifting and strenuous work such as snow removal
• Able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic hand tools required; specialty tools provided
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license

Pay

$24.00 per hour

Schedule

Flex Year Round – may have periods of layoff or reduced hours. Requires availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
