We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Benefits, Compensation (Pay?), Position Summary (maybe About the role?), Primary/Essential Responsibilities and Duties (Responsibilities), Required Skills and Qualifications (Skills/Qualifications), Physical Requirements and Working Conditions (maybe not a standard heading; but we can include if relevant? The allowed headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should map content accordingly. We have Benefits: union benefits details. Compensation: Salary range $150k-$200k annually, salary based on 40-hour work week. Also mention hourly rate position with ability to work overtime. Also Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (weekends if available). So we can have Pay section with salary info, and Schedule section with work schedule. Position Summary: we can put under About the role. Responsibilities: list bullet points. Skills/Qualifications: combine Required Skills and Qualifications. Requirements: maybe we can include Physical Requirements and Working Conditions? Or maybe Requirements heading for experience etc. But we already have skills/qualifications covering experience. Could put Requirements for "Must have at least 10 years’ experience..." etc. But we can combine. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure we have real content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, company overview, etc. Also remove "This job description is not intended..." etc. We must preserve all substantive information. Pay

Salary, Including Benefits: $150,000-$200,000 annually. Salary is based on a 40-hour work week. This is an hourly rate position with the ability to work overtime as the contract requires.

Schedule

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (weekends if available). Must be available to work weekdays and weekends as required to support project schedules.

We might also include Physical Requirements and Working Conditions but not a standard heading; maybe we can add under About the role or Responsibilities? But it's substantive; we could add a section "Working Conditions" but not in allowed list. The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says e.g., not exclusive list, but we should prefer those. Could add a section "Working Conditions" but it's not in the list; maybe better to incorporate into About the role or Responsibilities? However it's about physical requirements, could be under "Requirements". We could create a Requirements heading for physical requirements. But we already used Qualifications for skills. We could split: Requirements for experience and physical conditions; Qualifications for skills list. But we already put experience in Qualifications. Might be okay to add a Requirements section for physical requirements. Let's add:

Requirements

  • Works in main office in Farmingdale, Long Island
  • Visit field sites to understand the project’s needs
  • Sits, reads, writes, and uses a keyboard
  • May be exposed to harsh weather conditions including very hot and very cold weather
  • May be exposed to loud noise.
But we must ensure not to duplicate content already elsewhere. We haven't included physical requirements elsewhere. So it's fine. Now check we haven't missed any substantive info: The benefits vesting note and union shop note we included in Benefits paragraph. The compensation note about hourly rate and overtime we included in Pay. The schedule note about Monday-Friday (weekends if available) we included. Also we included "Must be available to work weekdays and weekends as required to support project
