Electrical Estimator

About the role

An established commercial construction company is seeking an experienced Estimator to join its dynamic team in Seattle, Washington. This role involves preparing and reviewing conceptual, budgetary, and hard bid estimates for commercial construction projects.

• Prepare and review conceptual, budgetary, and hard bid estimates.
• Develop accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, subcontractor proposals, and bid documents.
• Establish estimating standards, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Strong background estimating commercial construction projects.
• Experience with project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with estimating software.

Compensation & Benefits

This position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including:

• Base Salary: $125,000 – $160,000
• Annual discretionary performance bonus
• Vehicle allowance ($1,200/month) plus mileage reimbursement
