The Signage Shop Fabrication Manager oversees the fabrication and installation of signage for various projects. This role requires strong leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the fabrication and installation of high-quality signage
• Manage a team of fabricators and installers
• Ensure all projects meet quality standards and deadlines
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand requirements and expectations
• Train and mentor new employees in fabrication techniques and safety protocols

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sign fabrication and installation
• Proven leadership and management experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
