About the role
The Fabrication Shop Supervisor leads a team at our state-of-the-art facility in Monument, CO. They oversee all aspects of shop operations, from resource management to quality control, ensuring high standards and productivity.

Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
- Deep understanding of fabrication processes and industry standards.

- A passion for safety and quality.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in Construction, with 5+ years in hydronic fabrication.
- Experience with various business and corporate software technologies, including MS Office, Google Workspace, and specialized tools like MSuite Bimpro, MSuite FabPro, and Trimble.
- Proficient in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Knowledge of local quality, occupational safety and health regulations for construction job sites.

- Effective communicator at all levels of the business.
- Experience and deep understanding of the hydronic trades (pipe fitting, process piping, plumbing).

Pay
The position offers a highly competitive compensation package, including a total rewards structure that may potentially include relocation packages, per diem/subsistence, and performance bonuses.
Schedule
The position requires regular attendance at the primary fabrication facility and occasional travel to the local branch office or other facilities. The employee may regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and distance vision. The auditory/hearing abilities required include the ability to hear customers calling by telephone.
