Responsibilities

• Program and operate CNC equipment such as AlphaCam, AutoCAD, and SASSO 5-Axis at an expert level
• Lead and mentor a skilled production team in granite, quartz, and natural stone fabrication techniques
• Ensure smooth day-to-day fabrication operations for the shop
• Direct others in running machinery and ensure high-quality output
• Oversee the schedule, team, numbers, and processes to drive shop efficiency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CNC machine operation and stone countertop fabrication
• Expertise in AlphaCam and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of granite, quartz, and natural stone fabrication techniques
