AlphaGraphics Knox Street is seeking an experienced Sign Project Manager to oversee projects from contract through invoicing, handling scheduling, budgeting, manufacturing coordination, installation, and customer communication.

Compensation
$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
Duties
- Coordinate and manage all assigned projects, including planning, development of project bids, timelines, and assigning necessary sub‑contractors and internal personnel.
- Serve as liaison between sales, design, estimating, purchasing, quality, manufacturing management, and other personnel.
- Initiate and monitor job budgets, schedules, change orders, contract reports, and other job‑related administration.
- Work with the installation team to facilitate all field‑related work.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and company quality standards.
- Provide design concepts through documentation drawings for designed projects.
Responsibilities
- Maintain daily customer communication.
- Participate in pre‑bid process for prospective clients.
- Conduct surveys when required.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Perform sign code analysis.
- Qualify and negotiate with subcontractors for permits, installation, and estimates.
- Coordinate manufacturing, delivery, and installation activities.
- Support projects through drawings, engineering, estimating, manufacturing, shipping, and installation.
- Obtain landlord approvals.
- Collaborate with design department for drawing development.
- Obtain product pricing and freight costs during estimating.
- Obtain outside installation pricing from agents and coordinate installations.
- Enter work orders for production.
- Maintain acceptable profit margins on jobs.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years sign industry experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; attention to detail; excellent written and verbal abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments/locations simultaneously.
- Experience sourcing, selecting, and managing subcontractors and timelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, etc.) and Google Sheets.
- Experience securing permits, landlord approvals, and customer approvals.
- Exceptional organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Willingness to perform limited travel to customer locations.
- Ability to read and navigate standard architectural construction documents and blueprints.
- Valid driver’s license.
