Key Responsibilities

  • Perform high-quality automotive repairs and maintenance as specified on repair orders with efficiency.
  • Utilize diagnostic tools and special service equipment to test components and systems.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems.
  • Communicate directly with Service Advisors to provide technical updates and notify them of any additional service needs.
  • Provide accurate labor time estimates for additional repairs.
  • Execute warranty repairs strictly to manufacturer specifications.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an automotive technician.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: GM certification is a BIG plus.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of all aspects of automotive repair and the ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent customer service mindset.
  • Mindset: Fast learner, team player, and tech-savvy with a willingness to master new software.
  • Legal: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
