Responsibilities

- Advanced diagnostics using OEM scan tools and modern diagnostic platforms - Electrical system troubleshooting - Mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, engine performance, and drivability work - Following OEM procedures and documenting findings accurately - Collaborating with senior techs on complex repairs - Completing routine maintenance when needed to support shop flow - Participating in ongoing training and skill development - Maintaining a clean, organized, professional work environment

Requirements

- Strong mechanical aptitude with a foundation in diagnostics or a desire to advance - Prior experience in an automotive shop or relevant technical coursework - Solid understanding of safety practices and shop standards - A team-first mentality and good communication skills - Commitment to growing within a dealership environment

Qualifications

- Relevant technical coursework or experience - Valid driver’s license
