Sign Installer or Construction/ Trades Experience

About the role

This is a local role, serving businesses throughout Northwest Ohio. You’ll be installing high-quality signs and graphics that help our clients stand out — and you’ll be the final touchpoint that protects and represents the FASTSIGNS brand in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install a wide variety of signs and graphics, including: Channel letters and exterior signage, Monument and pole signs, Wall and window graphics, ADA signage, Dimensional letters, Post & panel signs, Vehicle graphics (as trained)
• Assess job sites before and upon arrival to ensure readiness, safety, and access
• Install signage precisely to spec — correct location, height, orientation, and mounting method
• Maintain safety standards at all times, including proper PPE and ladder/lift protocols
• Quick thinker with problem solving ability
• Attention to detail
• Takes pride in work being performed and product end result
• Communicate with clients in professional manner
• Perform basic calculations and take accurate measurements
• Ability to work as a part of a team
• Driver's License with a clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
• Must be able to work at heights
• Must be willing to work outdoors in all conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work daily

Compensation

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
