Qualifications

• Experienced and confident using hand and power tools
• Construction-minded and comfortable understanding how materials, structures, and mounting systems work together
• Able to assess an installation and determine the appropriate tools, materials, and techniques
• Able to apply creative and practical installation techniques when standard approaches don’t fit
• Able to take measurements and verify them (TWICE) before starting
• Able to work independently and with a team

Skills

• Experience with vinyl applications, including vehicle graphics, floor graphics, and wall graphics
• Experience installing signs, graphics, fixtures, or other finished products
• Scissor lift experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• 18 years of age or older
• Previous sign installation, construction, carpentry, electrical, fabrication, or related field installation experience preferred
