Sign Installer/Experienced Construction Installer

About the Role

FASTSIGNS #280601 is hiring for a confident, fun, energetic Sign Installer / Construction Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you'll get finished signs and graphics installed correctly and professionally — in the ground, on walls, vehicles, or hanging from ceilings. You'll use hand and power tools to assemble, install, and hang items inside and out throughout South King County. This is a hands-on, construction-oriented position for someone who enjoys working with tools and applying creative, practical installation techniques to get the job done safely and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Offsite sign and vinyl installations
• Experienced and confident using hand and power tools
• Construction-minded and comfortable understanding how materials, structures, and mounting systems work together
• Able to assess an installation and determine the appropriate tools, materials, and techniques
• Able to apply creative and practical installation techniques when standard approaches don't fit
• Comfortable taking measurements and verifying them (TWICE) before starting
• Comfortable lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, stretching, climbing ladders, and working overhead
• Able to work independently and with a team
• Takes pride in quality workmanship

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• 18 years of age or older
• Proficient with hand and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of employment

Preferred Experience

• Installation experience is highly preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate with a strong background in construction, skilled trades, or hands-on work
• Construction, carpentry, electrical, fabrication, or other skilled trade experience is also a strong plus
• Vinyl application experience, including vehicle graphics, floor graphics, and wall graphics, is highly valued
• Previous sign installation, construction, carpentry, electrical, fabrication, or related field installation experience preferred
• Experience installing signs, graphics, fixtures, or other finished products preferred
• Scissor lift experience preferred but not required

Pay & Schedule

• Competitive Pay: $25.00–$32.00 per hour
• Dependable Full-Time Monday–Friday Schedule
